Ginkgo is in the process of redeveloping more than 450,000m² of residential and commercial spaces at the heart of major urban areas, bringing back social and economic dynamism in former derelict areas.
Over 3500 housing units will be created as a direct result of our projects. 100% of projects are self-sustaining and do not rely on grants or subsidies from public finances.
